Copyright Enfringement? If I am singing acapella lullabies for a cd...do they need to be public domain?

I am laying down a few acapella tracks of lullabies to make into a cd for a few friends as baby gifts. Right now all the songs I have chosen are public domain, but there are a few I would like to sing that aren't public domain. Would that be copyright enfringement, even if they are going to be used as gifts, i.e. am not selling the cd?
