Deploying to Kuwait as a Customs Agent....will I be getting Per Diem?

I am deploying to Kuwait in about a month. I was told by my command that I have "per diem" in my orders, but I am not quite sure how much i will be receiving. I have been told many different amounts. Someone told me all I would be getting is $3.50 a day (which if that is true, that sucks) Can anyone help me or show me a good site in order to understand exactly how much the Per Diem rate is in Kuwait.
