Im looking for a colourful women (down) vest with hoodie, plz help.?

hi, i'm looking for a colorful women (down) vest. im not quite sure about the material but it's full of rainbow lines outside. It really looks like the Roxy style. Saw some girls wearing it in UK. Any idea?
