Startup error after Windows 7 install "Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed"?

Is there any board video without the cards? Install Windows 7 in the normal set. Not in "safe mode". There are only minimal items running here. Should have the ets of a whole computer to install the OS. The error number you have points to the video cards. Remove them to install the OS. Or in safe mode disable them.
