Should I start DJ Hackett or Christ Henry in my WR#3 slot?

I am starting S. Holmes and S. Curtis but that is about all I have so I am needing to make the best decision for my #3 slot. Any ideas? I'm leaning towards Hackett only because Seattle is starting to throw a lot more since Alexander the Great is out.
