How can i delete pagefile.sys and avgrs.log files? Will it affect my system performance?

You don't want to delete pagefile.sys. It's a system file. you can decrease its size if it's due to file space you are wanting to delete it. Look on google for swap file. There are pros and cons as to setting your swap file size. Please read up on it and fully understand before you decrease its size.
