What is the concentration in blood for a radioactive tracer?

A radioactive tracer element given to a patient has a half-life of 41 min. If the dose given to the patient lead to a initial concentration of the tracer in the blood of 3.8 mM, what is the concentration in the blood (in mM) after 2.92 hours? ume that any decrease in concentration is only due to radioactive decay.
