Help, what do I do?

My daughter is based in Germany and on maternity leave she has a 3 month old baby for some reason the army has stopped her wages. She wants me to go to look after the baby so she can go back to work as there is no childcare that she can afford but as much as I love my granddaughter I have arthritus, care for my elderly mother, have an old poorly dog who hates it if I leave her, 2 bearded dragons who need my attention and my partner has many health problems on top of that I hate flying and this country is on critical alert. I love all of my family, but which way do I turn?.
