I have a really bad headache and i need help!?

i have been in the sun for only an hour today i wasnt tanning or laying out i was swimming. so about 20 minutes into the hour i started feeling a really bad headache near my right temple and my eyebrow. I went up to my house and i told my mom. then about 5 minutes later i felt nauseous! and dizzy. i had a high fever and felt like i was going to throw up! i drank aton of water after that happened and took a long nap and ive been taking tylenol but that hasnt been working... ive aslo had a stomach pain too, but that went away. now it is 952 and ive had this "problem" since about 2. and the pain is terrible! someone help me i dont know what to do!
