My ex hasen't paid child support in years, has a warrent, hides behind the curtains from cops, what do i do?

my ex owes over $13,000 in child support, he doesn't show up for court so he now has a warrent. when the cops go to his home to serve the warrent he hides behind the curtains, his mom[yes he lives with his mommy]says she doesn't know where he is, so the cops just leave. he seldom leaves the house, and only does so to go to the liquor store. how do i get him arrested?
